Subscription Terms

(Including Billing, Cancellation, and Shipping Policies)

Thank you for joining our monthly subscription program! Please review the following terms carefully so you know exactly how your subscription works.


1. First Order & Initial Shipment

Your first order is processed and shipped immediately after you subscribe. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once it ships.


2. Recurring Billing Schedule

All subscriptions renew on the 15th of each month.

  • Your payment method on file will be automatically charged on that day.
  • The charge covers your next month’s shipment.
  • You will not be charged twice in the same month, even if your first order ships immediately.

3. Monthly Fulfillment & Delivery

Subsequent subscription shipments go out on the 1st of each month via USPS.

  • Delivery times vary by location based on USPS services in your area.
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

4. Pause or Cancel Policy

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

  • Changes made on or after the 15th will apply to the following month’s shipment.

5. Shipping Details

All orders are shipped via USPS.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and up to date before each billing date.
  • We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or USPS service interruptions.

6. Failed Payments & Account Status

If a renewal payment fails, the system will automatically retry the charge. If unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused until payment is updated.


7. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may occasionally update these Subscription Terms. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles and will be communicated via email or posted on this page.


8. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the unique and creative nature of each original painting, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@terieghwilsonart.com so we can do our very best to make it right.
